Pressure chamber tour in Basel

Have you always wanted to know what happens to you at depth? Do you know how you react at depth and what your dive computer tells you? If so, then this is the right event for you. Here you have the unique opportunity to practise and test all this in a safe environment with the opportunity to speak. You come with us to the pressure chamber in the center of Basel and enjoy a decompression chamber ride. Before we "descend", you will be briefed by a hyperbaric physician on the most important aspects and the procedure of the pressure chamber ride. The professional will also be happy to answer any questions participants may have about pressure and what to expect. Immediately afterwards, the decompression chamber trip will start, which will take approx. 60-75 minutes depending on the depth (max. 7 participants/trip + one Work-Dive-Balance member).
The diving depth will be approx. 57m. In order to perceive with all our senses what nitrogen does to us and what restrictions are associated with it (residual ability), we will carry out a short quiz and also talk to each other. You will be amazed at what happens to your voice, your perception and your abilities.

The quiz is carried out 3 times.

• 1. at maximum depth
• 2. on approx. 15 m
• and then calibrated outside the printing chamber.

Don't be afraid. There is no right or wrong. There are no grades either. It should show you what depth does to you.

As usual with us, there is still the opportunity to sit together afterwards. As it is around lunchtime, there is the opportunity to have lunch together and round off the ride.
